Beside the swimming pool, Marc Hertrich has designed a beautifully contemporary lounge bar. The Spa*'s stylish environment and treatment rooms have been refurbished, inspired by the refined elegance of Balinese architecture, a haven of serenity in a tranquil green paradise. The new ambience of the restaurants offer the promise of idyllic moments for the whole family under the shade of an exotic pergola.

Parks & Gardens
Bougainvillea, hibiscus and imposing tropical trees such as banyans, traveller's trees and frangipani make up the lush natural decor of these 14 hectares of gardens.
Numerous ornamental lakes, lilies and lotus flowers add a suitably exotic note.
Beach
About 150 yards from the Resort, the public beach is about 550 yards long, and has a defined swimming area.
The upper part of the beach is fine yellow sand, while the lower part, visible when the tide goes out, is scattered with rocks. Swimming is recommended while the tide is coming in, as the reef is completely exposed at low tide.
The beach lies between natural stone breakwaters, which protect the beaches from the waves and currents. Waves only come over the breakwaters during the spring and autumn tides or storms. The reef (200 yards) just opposite the Club Med Resort has a surfing spot (Matahari Break) with superb left-break waves for surf lovers.
The beach is equipped with showers, deckchairs and bamboo parasols.
There are also bales (small Indonesian-style shelters) with cushions.
