The minute you step inside the Club Med Spa by CINQ MONDES, you enter a world in which relaxation and well-being reign supreme. You'll find: ● 6 individual treatment rooms

All our treatment programmes are orgnaised around a theme.
Put yourself in the gentle hands of our beauty and massage therapists, and let your senses take over. Choose from a wide range of beauty treatments and a range of beauty products using natural ingredients. Fatigue and tension will give way to a delightful sensation of well-being and serenity.
The majority of our packages are designed for both men and women. The treatments included in the packages cannot be changed. Your reservation is for the morning, or the afternoon before 5 pm or early evening, after 5 pm. Your appointment will be fixed on site with our Spa hostesses.

Exclusive to Chamonix Mont-Blanc, try the Turkish Bath Aromas and Colours treatment
Total relaxation in the Turkish bath, combining chromotherapy with customised essential oils (20').

Enjoy a moment of relaxation in the Turkish bath. The temperature in this steam bath goes up to around 50°C. It helps sweat out toxins, encourages exfoliation and procures a sensation of well-being and relaxation.
There are a few precautions and contraindications to be respected.

> Sauna

> 1 men's sauna > 1 women's sauna To unwind and relax, indulge in a sauna session. This steam bath, of Finnish origin, gives out dry heat with temperatures going up to 70°- 90°C; it helps sweat out toxins and procures a wonderful sensation of well-being. There are a few precautions and contraindications to be observed.

> Hair Care Salon

Combines hair care (scalp scrub, masks, serums...) and relaxation (scalp, hand and shoulder massage**...), cutting and styling.
