All our treatment programmes are organised around a theme.
Put yourself in the gentle hands of our beauty and massage therapists, and let your senses take over. Choose from a wide range of beauty treatments and a range of beauty products using natural ingredients. Fatigue and tension will give way to a delightful sensation of well-being and serenity.
The majority of our packages are designed for both men and women. The treatments included in the packages cannot be changed; they are scheduled for the morning or afternoon, but precise timing cannot be guaranteed. Appointment times will be fixed on site, with our Spa hostesses.

> Turkish bath*

Enjoy a moment of true relaxation in the Steam Bath. The temperature goes up to around 50°C; it helps sweat out toxins, facilitates exfoliation and produces a profound feeling of well-being and relaxation.
For information most of the Spa duo treatment rooms have a Steam Bath; it is included in the massage package.
There are a few precautions and contraindications to be observed.

> Sauna*

To relax and unwind, indulge in a sauna session. This steam bath, of Finnish origin, gives out dry heat with temperatures going up to 70°- 90°C; it helps sweat out toxins and procures a wonderful sensation of well-being. There are a few precautions and contraindications to be observed. For information, the sauna is included in the massage package.
For information most of the Spa duo treatment rooms have a sauna; it is included in the massage package.
