Try the local fish dishes in a seaside restaurant looking out over Cape Bon. Take time out to relax on the beach, before a visit to Kerkouane, the only remaining example of totally Carthaginian architecture and tradition.

Carthage**, founded by the Phoenicians and associated with the legendary Hannibal, has some dramatically impressive ruins.
Visit the Tophet sanctuary, the Roman villas and the sumptuous ruins of the Antonin Baths. You'll be enchanted by the Dar Elannabi house, a fabulous example of Andalusian architecture. You'll also have some free time to stroll through the streets of Sidi Bou Said.

Sail along the coast in a catamaran or pirate boat, to the Bay of Hammamet where, if you're lucky, dolphins may be there to greet you. Depending on the weather, you'll have a chance to swim near the fortress.

With a guide, enjoy a one and a half hour ride, a great opportunity to explore the Tunisian countryside on an automatic quad bike.
This single or two-seater 4-wheel ATV rides like a motorbike.
Founded by the Phenicians, Sousse is a historic city but also a bustling modern town, full of contrasts. Feel the buzz in the heart of the charming medina with its tall ramparts looking out over the sea, its souks, narrow streets, and ancient monuments. Stroll through the streets of El Kantaoui, with its Arabo-Andalusian inspiration, proud to call itself the first garden port in the Mediterranean.

Discover the impressive remains of the city of Carthage**, over 3 thousand years old. Wander round the photogenic blue and white village of Sidi Bou Said, perched on the cliffside with an idyllic view of the waters of the Gulf of Tunis.
After lunch in a traditional Arabo-Andalou restaurant, explore Tunis's medina. Travel back through time in this remarkably well preserved city that goes back over 500 years.
