Clients must stay for the duration of the cruise. Further black out dates may apply. Prices quoted are for Treasure of Grenadines cruise (16 Dec 11 - 23 Dec 11) and include membership and port taxes. Offer valid for new bookings only. Offer valid for all room types. Offer subject to availability and may change without notice. Not valid for Group travel. Not valid in conjunction with any other offer. Teen’s Club Facilities (11-17 years old) at selected resorts and opening times are subject to school holidays. Open bar and snacking service within bar opening hours, excludes some premium alcoholic brands. Compulsory Club Med membership fee is included in price and valid for 1 year at time of booking. Room upgrade at extra cost. Petit Club Med (2-3 years) at selected resorts and at extra cost and subject to availability. Spa at selected resorts and at extra cost. Taxes are included but are subject to change due to currency fluctuations and fuel surcharges.

If you need to cancel a Club holiday for any guest, you must notify us of that cancellation in writing or by fax. The following cancellation charges apply:

Less than 7 days before scheduled departure	70% of cost

Club Med Membership fees are not refundable.

Airfares – Flights are ticketed once part or final payment is received on a booking. This may result in a 100% non refund on the flight component. Club Med reserves the right to cancel any airline booking held on behalf of its clients with Jetstar or Virgin Blue with 100% cancellation fee.
