Min 5 nights consecutive stay at Club Med is required for Japan and China and Min 7 nights consecutive stay is required for Europe Resorts. Prices listed are for 12 January 2014 travel in a non-connecting superior/club room. For sale until 1st Jul 2013 Ski season is open for travel from 1st December 2013 – 7th April 2014 depending on the Resort. Prices may vary for stays overlapping two travel periods. Black out dates may apply. Prices advertised based on Superior Room Twin Share (Asia) and Club Room Twin Share (Europe) for Adult (12+). Offer valid for new bookings only and subject to availability and may change without notice. Open bar and snacking service within bar opening hours, excludes some premium alcoholic brands. Compulsory Club Med membership fee is included in price and valid for 1 year at time of booking. Not valid for Group travel and not valid in conjunction with any other offer. Credit Card Payments: Payments made with a Credit Card will incur a single surcharge of: AMEX 1.5%; VISA 1.5%; DINER'S CLUB 2.5%; MASTERCARD 1.5%. This surcharge will be added to the quoted package price.
If you need to cancel a Club holiday for any guest, you must notify us of that cancellation in writing or by fax. The following cancellation charges apply:

Club Med Membership fees are not refundable.
Airfares – Flights are ticketed once part or final payment is received on a booking. This may result in a 100% non refund on the flight component. Club Med reserves the right to cancel any airline booking held on behalf of its clients with Jetstar or Virgin Blue with 100% cancellation fee.
