All prices listed are based on twin share with discounts already applied for depatures on 12 October 2013. Blackout dates: Bintan: 28Sep13-04Oct13; Albion & La Pointe: 01May13-10May13; Guilin: 01May13-02Aug13. Further black out dates may apply. 6 nights consecutive stay at Club Med is required. Teen's Club Facilities (11-17 years old) at selected resorts and opening times are subject to school holidays. Open bar and snacking service within bar opening hours, excludes some premium alcoholic brands & champagne. Compulsory Club Med membership fee is included in price and valid for 1 year at time of booking. Price shown for superior room with upgrade at extra cost. Petit Club Med (2-3 years) & Baby Club (4-23mths) at selected resorts, extra cost and subject to availability. Save on land stay only. Excursions and Spa additional cost. Please inform at the resort. Credit Card Payments: Payments made with a Credit Card will incur a single surcharge of: AMEX 1.5%; VISA 1.5%; DINER'S CLUB 2.5%; MASTERCARD 1.5%. This surcharge will be added to the quoted package price.

If you need to cancel a Club holiday for any guest, you must notify us of that cancellation in writing or by fax. The following cancellation charges apply:

22 to 49 days before scheduled departure	$150 per person
7 to 21 days before scheduled departure	40% of cost
Less than 7 days before scheduled departure	70% of cost
After scheduled departure	100% of cost

Club Med Membership fees are not refundable.

Airfares – Flights are ticketed once part or final payment is received on a booking. This may result in a 100% non refund on the flight component. Club Med reserves the right to cancel any airline booking held on behalf of its clients with Jetstar or Virgin Blue with 100% cancellation fee.
