"Crayfish lunch" cruise (1/2 day)
This cruise leaves from the Club Med beach for Cap Cana, where you can enjoy a swim in a natural pool at Juanillo. You can sip drinks looking out over the Caribbean Sea, before savouring a super crayfish lunch! After your meal, you'll be treated to a Caribbean serenade as the boat takes you back to Club Med.
Altos de Chavon and Catalina Island (1/2 day)

The day begins by exploring Altos de Chavon, also known as the artists' city: Frank Sinatra, Sting and Carlos Santana are among the many musicians who've played in the Roman amphitheatre. The intricate architecture, with its fountains and cobbled alleyways, creates a harmonious mediaeval setting, an exceptionally beautiful example of Mediterranean style.
We then go down to the River Chavon where we'll board a colonial style boat; sandwiches, drinks and tropical fruit served on board.
A catamaran will then take us to Catalina Island, the Caribbean treasure island, where a delicious crayfish lunch will be served. We'll end the day with free time to laze on the beach and snorkel.
Buggy ride (1/2 day)
15 minutes from the Resort, in the heart of the magnificent Cape Cana property development, we invite you to come and drive a buggy over paths through the countryside leading to Juanillo Beach, the ideal place to stop for a swim on one of the most beautiful beaches in the area.
We'll then drive on to Hoyo Azul, a fabulous cenote (cave and underground river) where you can dive into a crystal clear natural swimming pool.
Exclusive outing to Saona Island (1 day)

A dream day on board our yacht, Atlantis. At Bayahibe, we begin our cruise out to a natural pool where you can snorkel in turquoise waters and discover starfish. Enjoy the great ambience on Saona Island, with barbecued lobster for lunch. Take the time to relax on a beautiful beach, departure from Saona Island where you can enjoy a leisurely cocktail in the waters of a natural pool.
Life in the Dominican Republic

Brief but informative visit of some of the island's most important features. You'll stop off at a cigar factory, a primary school and a local butcher's, before venturing further inland to visit the sugar cane plantations, a rum factory, cocoa plantations and a chocolate factory.
Meet the dolphins (1/2 day)

This face to face encounter with the dolphins will remain an unforgettable memory! An interactive encounter for the whole family, you can dive between sharks and rays, an amazing experience.
Paddle board eco-ride (1/2 day)
A new activity, growing in popularity: you stand on the board to paddle it.
The ride begins with all the necessary explanations for first-time paddleboarders. You paddle with the wind and currents, in the turquoise waters of Tortuga Bay.
You'll have time to relax on the beach, before leaving to visit the nature reserve with 1,500 hectares of tropical forest, 11 freshwater lagoons and over 500 varieties of plants.
End the outing with a swim in a fantastically beautiful lagoon.
A speedboat takes you back to the Club Med beach.
Saona Island in a Catamaran (1 day)
Saona is a tropical island not far from the coast, at the south-easterly tip of the Dominican Republic near the La Romana province. It is a nature reserve, famous for the beauty of its beaches and a popular spot for shooting films. The shallow waters around the island are rich in wildlife, with a host of tropical birds, fish and starfish. A great site for snorkelling!

The first capital of the New World, Santo Domingo is a city with many different faces, combining the infinite charms of a glorious past with the pleasures of modern life in one of the largest cities in the Caribbean. Our guide will show you the wonderful colonial quarter (the first cathedral in the New World, the Las Casas museum, the Alcazar de Colon and the Calle de las Damas (Ladies Street). Lunch included and free time for shopping, followed by a panoramic tour of the new town.
