Located at the other end of the beach, on two levels, discover 1500 m² (over 11,000 ft²) of pure wellness. You'll find:

● 1 double Spa Suite with Japanese bath for two
● 1 Japanese bath room
● 2 body scrub rooms adjoining the Turkish bath
● 1 Indoor and outdoor relaxation area around a patio
● 1 outdoor hot tub

All our treatment programmes are organised around a theme.

Put yourself in the gentle hands of our team of Spa therapists - mainly men, specifically trained to administer CINQ MONDES treatments at the level of quality required by the brand - and let your senses take over. Choose from a wide range of beauty treatments and a range of beauty products using natural ingredients. Fatigue and tension will give way to a delightful sensation of well-being and serenity.
The majority of our packages are designed for both men and women. Your reservation is for the morning, or the afternoon before 5 pm or early evening, after 5 pm. Your appointment will be fixed on site with our Spa hostesses.

You'll find:
> 1 mixed Turkish bath, free access, near the cardio and weights room.
> 1 mixed traditional Turkish bath, at extra cost, maximum 10 people, inside the CINQ MONDES Spa.

Enjoy a moment of true relaxation in the Turkish Bath. The temperature in this steam bath goes up to around 50°C; it helps sweat out toxins, facilitates exfoliation and produces a profound feeling of well-being and relaxation. There are a few precautions and contraindications to be observed.

> Sauna

You'll find:
> 1 sauna, at extra cost, inside the CINQ MONDES Spa.

To help you relax and unwind, indulge in a sauna session. This steam bath, of Finnish origin, gives out dry heat with temperatures going up to 70°- 90°C; it helps sweat out toxins and procures a wonderful sensation of well-being. There are a few precautions and contraindications to be observed.

Located in the CINQ MONDES Spa, a space dedicated to hair care and relaxation.
