We will be looking at primal movement, weight shifts and traveling across the ground in a very unique way. No previous experience with dance is required, so come with an open mind and you will discover how dance might trickle into an everyday practice.

This is a grounding vinyasa based class and we will be flowing to the indigenous sounds of earth. Different breathing techniques will also be introduced.
Revitalize and Restore as Brandon takes you through a class with combinations of slow movements, restorative and Yin Inspired postures. This class will incorporate the use of the Singing Bowl and a playlist which frequencies help to heal and relax. A class recommended for all through incorporating movement, relaxation and mindfulness.
Come and join Tony for a fun and challenging yoga class combined with Stand Up Paddle Boarding (SUP). These 60-min classes allow both beginner and experienced yogis to enjoy the many benefits of yoga practice and SUP while basking in the elements. Both yoga and SUP are great for building full-body strength and improving balance, coordination and endurance.
