Terms and Conditions
- Definitions
1.1 “Sponsor” means any household comprising a maximum of two adults and their respective minor children declaratively living in Australia at the same address, one of whom has stayed at Club Med® Resorts in the previous 10 years.
1.2 “Referee” means any household comprising of a maximum of two adults and their respective minor children declaratively living in Australia at the same address, and recognised by Club Med® as “new member" (namely without a Club Med® membership number or having a membership number but has never travelled with Club Med® in the past 10 years). If one of the members of the household has stayed at a Club Med® Resort over the past 10 years, the sponsorship request will automatically be declined.
- Data management & other important matters
2.1 As a Sponsor, by providing your GM number or by sharing these details with your referee, you authorise your Referee to communicate them back to Club Med. If you have authorised Club Med to communicate with you by email (“Opt In”), you will received automated notifications when one of your Referee makes a booking, when one of your Sponsor Discount voucher becomes available to use or when it is about to expire. In compliance with the Data Protection Act, if you have not given the autorisation to Club Med to contact you, you will not receive any update on your referrals.
2.2 As a Referee, by stating your sponsor’s name and/or GM number during your booking with Club Med, you authorise Club Med to inform your sponsor of your booking and date of departure in order for him to benefit from his sponsor discount.
