Such a great family holiday in a beautiful location that keeps everyone of all ages happy. Valeria Noa Ruby was a lovely member of the staff, so friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommend!

Our second time back at Club Med Bintan, and once again, it was another memorable stay with the kids!

One of the best things about Club Med is the peace of mind it brings to parents. Once you reach the resort, you can enjoy free-flow food, entertainment for all ages, and endless activities for the little ones. It’s the perfect recipe for a wonderful family holiday while giving parents a much-needed break from all the planning! 😃

A special shoutout to Batu, whom we first met during our stay at Club Med Phuket last year. It was such a joy to receive a warm welcome from him here in Bintan! He took time to check in with us and interact with the kids too. This is what makes Club Med special - the Chief of Village and G.Os go the extra mile to connect with their guests, making every stay feel personal, warm and memorable.

Benz and the restaurant team also deserve a big thank you! They were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and every meal was filled with delicious flavours. They went extra to surprise our little daughter with a yummy cake and song, making her special day even more joyful. These thoughtful gestures mean so much to a family. Thank you for making her birthday extra sweet! 🎂

A big thank you to Oman, Chris, Jeevan, (Ah! I missed out some names) and all the G.Os for connecting with us and the kids whenever we bumped onto you guys during our stay. Your warmth and friendliness made us feel right at home!

The Kids Club team - Sheeba, Arvi, and everyone else deserves a special mention! Although this time, my trio didn't attend the Kids Club, yet the team made efforts to connect with them. That little extra effort speaks volumes about the care and heart you put into what you do. Thank you for making the kids feel welcomed and remembered!

We did miss the mealtime catch-ups with the G.Os that we enjoyed during our previous visit, but they always greeted us with a smile whenever we crossed paths. At the end of the day, it’s not just about how much time you spend together, but how you make people feel. And that warm, welcoming Club Med spirit was definitely still there! 💛

The new facilities - Family room was cosy and comfortable, and full of little surprises to keep the kids entertained. From the cute treasure hunts and bracelet-making activities to the Kahoot games, there was always something fun for the little ones to enjoy. A big thank you to G.O Vito and the team for putting in the effort to make the experience extra special for families!

Room service was prompt, and the team consistently made sure our needs were taken care of. We also noticed some lovely room upgrades, including new headboards and flooring, which gave parts of the room a refreshed feel. Thank you, Club Med Bintan, for continuing to improve the guest experience!

The shows! The evening shows needs a special mention too! I am awed by the precision of planning and execution by the entire team of performers and crew managers. Hats off!

There were two electricity trips during our stay at night, but thankfully, the power was restored within seconds on both occasions. Well done to the resort management team for the quick recovery!

Overall, our second stay at Club Med Bintan was another beautiful family getaway filled with good food, fun activities, warm hospitality, and precious memories with the kids. What makes Club Med truly special isn't just the facilities, food, or entertainment, it's the people who put their heart into making every guest feel welcomed, cared for, and remembered.

My family & I had a fantastic time during our holiday at Club Med Bintan on 24 Sep 2026. This being our 4th time to Club Med Bintan during the last 3 years, it feels like going back to a place with happy memories and meeting old friends. The new newly renovated place makes our last trip even more enjoyable. The rooms are nicer and the facilities are great.

But, the most important factor that makes our trip so memorable and fantastic are the beautiful people at Club Med Bintan (they are called G.O.s). The whole team there is amazingly attentive, friendly, helpful and professional. Thank you all for making our holiday a great one. Thank you Jose, Sentha, Executive Chef Asim (yummy food - especially for our daughter's birthday), Benz, Sam, Arun, Ravi, Batu, Mimi, Ari. Edo, Asip and other team members whom I may missed their names!!! Looking forward for our next holiday at Club Med Bintan and meeting everyone there!!!
