We had such a great family holiday at Club Med Bintan!
The entertainment around the resort was amazing fun, lively, and always something to look forward to. The whole GO team really brought the energy every day.

A huge shout-out to the Mini Club team who took incredible care of our kids. They were so warm, patient and genuinely caring. Special thanks to Sheeba, Syasya, Fida, Zan, Kelvin, Angel, Liz, Melanie, Kimi, Wood, Husen and Harry, our kids absolutely loved their time with all of you!

We do hope the rooms can be updated and improved soon, as the resort is already planning renovations. Once the rooms are refreshed, we’ll definitely be back. We’re already excited for our next stay!

We had an amazing family holiday at Club Med Bintan! The staff were so kind and attentive, and our kids were really well taken care of at the kids club. We were able to truly relax and recharge. Highly recommend for families!💙

Had an amazing long weekend at Club Med Bintan. Lots to do for the family, e.g. yoga, spa, fitness classes, performances, mini club packed with activities for kids etc. GOs were friendly and made us feel welcome. Really nice touch from the GOs from Mini Club (shout out to Syasya and the team!) who came to bid our kids farewell before we left.

Wonderful experience with young family. Lots of fun activities and everything has been thought of.
What makes the best part of the trip is the staff who are so welcoming, warm and genuine. Great for families, couples and even single travellers.

A family trip for 16 of us (9 adults, 4 teens & 3 kids) was specially organised by our aunts ❤️. We were warmly welcomed by KK and Vicky upon arrival, and they provided a thorough explanation of everything.

The stairs to the room can be challenging for those who is not so mobile. The room, although slightly outdated, offers comfort, cleanliness, and a cosy atmosphere. We are content as we spend most of our time outdoors and return to the room past 10pm 😊

The Teens & Mini Club Med activities provided entertainment for our children, while the adults pursued their interests in Rock Climbing, Badminton, Futsal, Table Tennis, Yoga, Spa & Aqua Fit.

The GOs delivered spectacular nightly performances. We were amazed by their talents - Their energy level is 🔥
