his is my honest opinion: while Club Med Charlevoix meets the usual Club Med standards in terms of comfort and organization, the true Club Med spirit is missing.

From the moment we arrived, there was no smile or warm welcome at the reception something that always makes Club Med feel special. The G.O. team needs to bring back that energy, connection, and joy that define the brand.

We never met the Chef du Village once during our stay at other resorts, the Chef is always visible, smiling, and engaging with guests. Here, Harrison appeared only during the night shows.

Charlevoix is a beautiful location with huge potential, but the human warmth was missing. Please bring back the Club Med spirit that’s what makes the experience unforgettable.

Another fabulous time at Club Med Charlevoix. I don't know where to start but at the beginning with Harrison as CDV. We had the most fabulous times and definitely worth the upgrade to the exclusive suites. Harrison makes the village warm and inviting. He takes part in the shows nightly and is always present. The crazy signs he does are truly amazing. We want to thank our housekeeper Daniel who was so efficient and available for any requests. Salvator who delivered the continental breakfast and replenished our room for snacks and non-alcoholic beverages. Pablo who gave my husband a fabulous haircut and shave at the spa. Sam who was there to provide a really good workout in the pool. Bianca in the Club Med travel agency who gave us info on our next trip to Turkoise. Valeria, Rabiu and Flor who always had a greeting and provided assistance in Le Marche. Last but not least Erica, Messuah and Eric who were the best conierges and were always willing to go the extra mile to help out with anything we needed. It was so appreciated. Cannot wait for our 4th trip next year.

We had a wonderful stay at Charlevoix (5 days). We went as a family of 4 with 2 kids ages 5 & 7. We also met other family here. We had an absolute blast. The entertainment was truly some of the best we've ever seen/experienced worldwide. Congratulations to the whole entertainment team run by Harrison. Arthur and DJDre were awesome entertainers (acrobats included) too. You need to visit here as the shows are unreal and must be experienced. The food changed nightly and the drinks were delish. We never lacked anything. The fitness classes were awesome. The pool and hot tub was an area we frequented and enjoyed. Our kids liked the mini club. Sarah and all the staff were wonderful.

We also went up the mountain doing the hikes and mountain biking. Highly recommend doing both of these included activities. The bar team was also fabulous along with all the chefs and wait staff.

We rented a car from Quebec city and drove up which ended up being cheaper and more flexible for our needs.

Check out was at 10 but we could continue to use the facilities beyond this. Our room wasn't ready in arrival however we could use all amenities and this wasn't an issue for us.

Stayed at Club Med Charlevoix Oct. 05-09 as a performer with the Club Med Artists program and had a marvellous time. The resort, the staff, the food and the surrounding area were outstanding. We had a great room with a beautiful view and the hotel itself is thoughtfully and beautifully appointed with local themes. There is a lovely hush around the place, well done creating a peaceful atmosphere. A great place to relax and chill. Also, a big THANK YOU to the pro technical audio staff (Obed, Josh, Uriel et al) for helping me sound and look my best. Un gros merci!
