The trapeze team at Club Med Djerba La Douce (Da Balai) are the most incredible, talented, dedicated teachers, performers, and customer-focused staff I have come across in a long while. Starting from zero, I managed to achieve a flying pullover shoot and catch (and my wife splitz catch), thanks to their personalized support, coaching, and strength! A huge thank you to Ambre, Luona, Nicholas, and Angelique for catching me. They were also so attentive and thoughtful with my four kids, who had a blast learning amazing stunts during our week-long stay.
Also a big shout out to Flo, we really loved his golf lessons.
The catering team was equally wonderful—incredibly attentive, friendly, and kind. Thank you to Phillip for finding solutions to our complicated dietary needs, and to Ashdeep for being so sweet to my young children at the pasta bar!

We went to the kids' club, and we are aged 8 and 10. Our names are Mia and Ethan, and we want to tell you that we had the most amazing time at kids' club. We want to give a special mention to:

They were amazing! We had so much fun doing pool games, trapeze, golf, tennis, and making a show at the end of the week.
The kids' club entertainment each evening was so much fun.
They had great chocolate pancakes every afternoon by the pool.
We recommend a peachy pop from the bar.
Everyone at Club Med is friendly, kind, and fun, which made it the best trip we've ever had.

Excellent stay at Club Med in Portugal. A very special mention to GO Hanna in Gourmet who made our stay super special and fun. She made ran a fantastic cocktail making class and looked after us extremely well in the Vasco bar with the best cocktails.

My family and I have been coming to Da Balaia every summer for the last 5 years, and always look forward to it. My daughter is now almost 7 and loves the Mini Club. This year, she especially loved Stitch and Felipe, who really made her time so much fun (and ours)! It is great for the adults too, as when the kids are having fun, the adults can relax and enjoy the sports, beach, pool, and food. We will hopefully keep returning many more times :)

What a fabulous trip! Great location, super pool, such varied and tasty food from all over the world, friendly staff, good activities for kids and very friendly helpers for them too.
We have two rooms with joining doors, so that we could help with the grandchildren. This worked really well.
The rooms were cleaned daily, and very Quiet.
There were varied areas to sit at the pool, in the nearby pine tree grassy area or the games/bar area.
We found the Aqua Zumba was far too loud! The Atmosphere of music at other times was good but music that’s too loud endangers all of our ears.
That was the only thing that distracted from the overall Great ambience.

There were good activities for singles to meet at meals, and on the activities. People were very friendly but not intrusive.
The Staff were also very friendly, spoke a variety of languages and could tell me if I’d be ok to eat some food, as I’m shellfish allergic.
We’d give it a 10/10 overall.
