"A fabulous relaxing place to unwind and relax !
The highlight of our wonderful 5 day stay was the beautiful friendly staff and the wide range of activities. You could do as much or as little as you wished.
The beach was lovely and safe and the food was fantastic too.
The evening entertainment did not disappoint - a different show every evening.
Our favourite evenings were the meals under the stars with dinner entertainment followed by dancing on the beach and even fireworks!
The whole resort had a fun friendly vibe. Thanks to Tom who gave excellent instruction and support at the trapeze, beautiful happy Mimi who encouraged me to dance, Lucky and Devi who served amazing drinks at the bar, Love, the beautiful yoga instructor, and Julien who was such a warm host and clearly paid attention to every detail, overseeing an impressive crew.
We have had a fabulous relaxing break and plan to return. Highly recommend ! "

Excellent stay at Club Med Bintan
5/5 • 09/01/2025We stayed in ClubMed Bintan for 2 nights in beg of Jan 2025 and it was truly a memorable experience. Club Med provided an excellent experience at all touch points - from booking to welcoming to stay. The warmth and hospitality of staff has been outstanding. This adds to the already wide ranging facilities, activities, F&B that are available at the resort. Highly recommended and definitely worth repeating and also trying other Club Med resorts for a relaxing holiday.
I would like to make a special mention of Ms. Veno (booking), Mr. Manu (Sports), Mr. Ravi (F&B), Ms. Berta (Reception), Mr. Joni (Bar) and Mr. Hasan (Bar) for their exemplary service at all times.

Beautiful Place with Beautiful People
5/5 • 09/01/2025Had one of the best vacations EVER at Club Med Bintan! Never short of things to do there, the food was more than enough and delicious, and, the beach was amazing, very well maintained.
What made Club Med Bintan perfect was the staff. They were always there when you needed them and I’ve never seen them without a smile from the beginning of the day till the end of the night! Really didn’t want to leave when our trip was ending and even when I’m writing this, I can’t stop thinking about them and missing them so much! Will definitely come back whenever I get the chance!
Special shout out to the following staff for making our stay so memorable and making us super sad when we were leaving…
- Finn (The guy that felt to us like we found a long lost friend)
- Mimi (The lady that never failed to make us laugh and happy, NEVER)
- Lucky (The best bartender we’ve ever met)
- Sandy (The lady that was always approachable and full of conversations)

- Linda (The lady that made us the most drinks that were too good to resist)
- Lina (The lady that is always cheerful and fun to be around with)
These were the people that really made us wished that we had more time to spend with them at Club Med Bintan. I would definitely come back just to see them whenever I get the chance to! Thank you for sharing all your joy and taking care of us and hope to see everyone again!

World Class/Memorable experience at Club Med Bintan
5/5 • 09/01/2025Wonderful experience with family for the Christmas/New Year holiday. The food and beverage team did an outstanding job. Kudos to Ravi, Asim, Rajeev, Rishi and the entire F&B team! The new year's eve dinner in the garden combined with the beach party and fireworks was an amazing experience...great memories. Also a great golfing experience for my son....thanks Chase for a great afternoon of golf at Ria Bintan! Don't miss the spa experience as well....a great team and very relaxing environment next to the ocean. Julien, the GM of this resort has tremendous energy... highly recommend a visit to this Club Med location.

Mosquitos can transmit certain viral or parastic diseases, so the use of tropical mosquito repellents for the skin and clothing is recommended.
Risk of the most dangerous form of malaria (falciparum) means that serious prevention is necessary (chemoprophylaxis and mosquito repellents). This risk concerns rural areas only, not coastal or urban areas.
As a preventive measure against bird flu, you are advised not to visit bird markets and zoos.
