Cancún Mexico

We took our 16, 13, and 9 year old here after coming for a company trip last year. Our family had the most amazing vacation. The older two kids and I did PADI open water diver certification with Paco and Juan as instructors. They were absolutely amazing with the kids, made sure we were safe and had the most amazing dive experience. We saw sharks, barracudas and amazingly colorful corrals everywhere! 100% recommend

We had a truly fantastic experience at Club Med Cancun. The venue itself is stunning – with breathtaking views by the sea and plenty of opportunities to relax or be active.

The food was excellent, with a wide variety of choices that kept us looking forward to every meal. It is clear the excellent management the resort has - this is evident throughout (from the facilities, nightly shows, great service throughout the resort).

A special highlight for us was the activities. The sailing tuition was first class and so much fun. My daughter also had the chance to try the trapeze! I was deeply impressed by the instructors. Thank you Maude, Angel and Victoria - your patience, guidance and professionalism made the experience safe, confidence-building, and unforgettable for my daughter!

All in all, Club Med Cancun exceeded our expectations and not have been more enjoyable.

Nestled between the lagoon and the sea lies a little paradise in a protected nature reserve.
Life here flows in harmony with wildlife – raccoons, iguanas, stingrays, crocodiles, and sea turtles left us deeply impressed and full of wonder.
We would like to express our heartfelt thanks to Magali and Nelson, whose fantastic energy motivated us each day to push through any signs of laziness – always with a smile and just the right amount of
challenge.
Chava and Jack Power – always cheerful, even when the humidity at 8:00 a.m. made running feel nearly
impossible. But making it back along the beach gave us that satisfying sense of achievement.
Our favourite was the sailing school. Lalo, Max a d whole team did a brilliant job – well-organized, kind, and
welcoming. We also shared a few entertaining dinner conversations with them, which we’ll remember fondly. They make a great team! And the kids even got to improve their Spanish – ¡Muchas denadas!
Berkan, a perfect Head of the Bar – especially during the unforgettable Great Member Cocktail.
When it came to food and drinks, we felt equally well cared for: Gianni, Head of Food & Beverage, came to our table with the Chef de Cuisine to personally ask if everything was to our satisfaction. That’s top-level hospitality!
Alberto – the good spirit of the Housekeeping, full of positive energy.
And above it all stands Joatham – the one who has everything under control, knows everything, and makes sure everything runs smoothly. You’re in the best hands with him – even before the trip starts. His welcome email already made a strong impression, and everything he promised, he delivered. Thank you!

I just spent a great week at this beautiful resort, it is a great choice for families and children, a very hard-working team of GOs, working together with Chef de Village Jose luis, always going the extra mile to ensure we all had a nice stay. Thank you reception manager and his team for the smooth check-in and help, The food was delicious, very good service too, highly recommended it. Shout out for joa, Filipe and andrea for all the help,
