Cancún Exclusive Space Mexico

We had an amazing family trip to Club Med! The food was incredible, the beaches were beautiful and clean, and the service was excellent all week. Our kids had a blast at the AquaMarina water park. We also visited Chichén Itzá and did the Akumal/Cenote excursion, both were fantastic, but Chichén Itzá was truly incredible. Highly recommend Club Med for a family vacation!

Despina Galanakigave an amazing tour village . Thank you for your amazing energy and professionalism. You are great.

Great experience, shout out to senders

Fantastic new main pool area renovation with infinity pool. New Vela bar is sublime along with the decor and service. Golf Cart transportation between the two main areas of the village remains a TOTAL disaster. Excessive wait times, 16 speed bumps per trip and Golf Carts fit for the junkyard make for a sour experience multiple times per day. The beach is always as beautiful as as well as the entire GO team and service.

We have been going to Club Med every fall for our leadership retreat with 3 of the past 4 years being at the Cancun property. Fernando is an amazing group coordinator tending to even the smallest requests, made the the conference room was set up, at the appropriate temperature, food was on time and all needs were met. Truly amazing service throughout the trip. Cynthia was also terrific for excursion coordination and Isidro at the poolside bar did a great job making everyone's favorite drinks, having coffee ready in the AM as our teammates passed by his bar and adding that extra special touch. Thank you! Overall, this year the staff was beyond impressive.
