A big thank you to Wafa from the Spa, Paulo and his team from the boutique, the ladies from guest relations, the restaurant staff and the chefs...I haven't been eating so well since a long time in any Club Med! Also a big thank you to the teens Club Arthur and his team...the way you take care of the teens is amazing...I felt my son to be well taken care of and in a safe place! Thank you to Chef Jose who prepared a special dish for me and who always had a nice word ! I appreciate it! Not to forget that the whole team works very hard to get this Club going...customers tend to forget that.... we will be back! All the Best to the whole team! Warm regards, Nathalie & Kimon

This was my 7th stay at Club Med Punta Cana, and once again, it did not disappoint! We spent a wonderful week at Tiara, the Exclusive Collection, with our entire family, and I can honestly say that this was one of our most memorable vacations.

What truly makes Tiara so special is its outstanding team and the exceptional level of service. From the moment we arrived, every member of the Tiara team made us feel welcome, valued, and genuinely cared for. The attention to detail, thoughtfulness, and willingness to go the extra mile were simply remarkable.

A very special thank you to Christelle, the Tiara Resident Manager, who deserves particular recognition. During this stay, I celebrated my 50th birthday, and Christelle organized a wonderful surprise birthday celebration that made the occasion truly unforgettable. It was such a thoughtful gesture, and one that I will always remember.

But what impressed me even more was the attention she gave to our entire family. She and her team took exceptional care of my mother, who can be quite demanding and is not always the easiest person to accommodate! Christelle handled everything with incredible patience, kindness, and professionalism. She was always attentive, anticipating our needs and making sure everyone in our family was happy and comfortable.

Her personal involvement, combined with her team's dedication, made a tremendous difference. Christelle clearly understands that hospitality is all about people, genuine care, and attention to the smallest details. She and her team went above and beyond to make our family vacation truly special.

On top of the outstanding service, the newly renovated rooms are beautiful, and the new restaurant is a fantastic addition. The overall Tiara experience continues to evolve while maintaining the exclusivity, comfort, and personalized service that make this part of Club Med so special.

A huge thank you to Christelle and the entire Tiara team for making our 50th birthday celebration and our family vacation so memorable. You made us feel at home, and more importantly, you made us feel special.

Seven stays and still looking forward to coming back! That says it all.

Highly recommended. Tiara is not just a place to stay; it is an experience made unforgettable by its people!

Jorge was an excellent teacher, the first time I tried I couldn't even hit the ball. Now in less than 30 minutes he taught me the techniques and now I can take the first steps. Great sense of humor and happiness all over the place.
