Club Med Miches continues to deliver! Staff quality was overall better than our previous trip - it seems that the resort being over 5 years old has allowed folks to settle in better. Staff that stood out to us: Victor in food service with the world's biggest smile, Carla with the bar who was able to find some dark beer, Samuel at Coco Plum, and Harrison the CDV (gen manager) who was far more visible and exuberant than most others we've seen at CM's.

If visiting, keep in mind that you can walk along the beach past the Club boundaries. Much more secluded beaches. If you go far enough to the right (east), you'll get to the next resort but no need to go that far.

The Zen pool is great for adults! We stayed in the Emerald Jungle area and the room was quiet. We might suggest eliminating the "You shall wake up your partner if you walk past the bathroom door" motion sensor light without a manual switch over-ride. Closet space (esp. shelves) is a bit lacking.

The food and bar service is noticeably better in this five Trident CM resort vs. the four Trident CM's. The other two big CM's in the region are 4T with 5T sub-areas within the resort, so the main restaurants are not as good as the one here.

I had such a great time staying at this club med, my children had a fantastic experience at the teen club especially because of their amazing GO Anais. I very much recommend!

Just ended an amazing holiday with the Club Med Miches team. Couldn’t have asked for a better 10 day break. The location, the beach, the weather was as hoped for. I would like to say that the staff overall were amazing. Very friendly and competent. There are a few individuals in the team that I would really like to point out in particular though.

Harrison - the chef de village. What a great ambassador for Club Med. Not only well liked by the GM’s but also well liked and respected by his GO team. This was very obvious to any and all. I sustained quite a bad shoulder injury on my first day (my fault) and Harrison went out of his way to ensure I was looked after for the duration of my stay.

Shirley behind the main bar. Always had a smile on her face and a genuinely lovely person. Always remembered my favourite drinks….great mixologist to boot.

Felix , also behind the bar. Again always greeted anyone with a welcoming smile and he made the best pina coladas!

Aglaé in the reception and Kian from the Sports team. These two amazing young GO’s were the first to ever offer to join me for a meal in all my 7 years of using Club Med. By the end of my time we had our “Crew” for at least one meal a day and they made every effort to include me in the evening’s entertainment, ensuring I was introduced to the rest of the team. They made my stay so much more enjoyable. Thank you 🙏🏻.

Victor and Matthieu in the restaurant. Big smiles and an handshake every time I walked in. Nothing I asked for was too much trouble for either of them.

I am rarely impressed by much. Most of my experiences have cost way more than they are worth. Club Med Miches was different. I don't have any complaints. Shuttle from airport - flawless. Check in - awesome. Rooms - perfect. Food - truly outstanding with way more options than expected. Water sports - great. Nightly entertainment - good. Beach - beautiful. Staff - engaging, courteous and professional.

The service, food, and music avail at Coal and Copper is absolutely immaculate. Manuela, our waitress, was super friendly, very attentive, and always available to us.

Just an FYI, if you order the tomahawk steak that steak is absolutely massive and maybe meant for a 4 person table instead of our 2 person table.

The setting was beautiful, set on the 2nd floor of the Club Med Miches Playa Esmeralda resort. It's literally right on the beach. And it is not crowded at all.
