Learn moreWe had the nicest time. This was our second year. There is no question that this is a special Club Med - the service is excellent from the hotel to the ski slopes. I'm a huge coffee fan, so a barista makes a huge difference:) but more important than that is the kids club, and the ski experience for kids. My 5 year old still gets emotional at times, and Pedro from the kids club is a superstar. I remember him from the year prior, and this year - he is always overly caring and attentive. We were able to enjoy the mountain without any stress, as he kept us informed by phone, and kept a close eye to make sure our son was having a great time. We will definitely be going back next year.

I stayed at Club Med Val d’Isère for a ski holiday and overall had a great experience. The location is unbeatable, right on the slopes, which makes skiing incredibly easy and stress-free. The staff were friendly, attentive, and well organized, creating the classic Club Med atmosphere—lively but still comfortable.
The food exceeded expectations, with a wide variety and good quality at every meal, and the après-ski vibe was fun without being overwhelming. I also really enjoyed the spa and common areas, which are modern and well maintained.
The only downside was that the rooms are a bit small, especially for the price, but they were clean and functional. Overall, it’s an excellent choice if you’re looking for a high-end, all-inclusive ski resort with great service and a fantastic location.
See on TripAdvisorWe had a great stay at Club Med Val d’Isère. The location is excellent, the rooms are comfortable, and the food and service are high quality.
The yoga classes with Juliette were a real highlight – relaxing, professional, and perfect after skiing. We also want to thank our ski instructor Clam, who guided our beginner group with patience, encouragement, and great professionalism, making our first ski experience enjoyable and confidence-building.
Highly recommended for a fantastic ski holiday.
See on TripAdvisorWe stayed for an extended weekend in late Jan/early Feb.
In short, an amazing experience with a taste for more. And we will return.
The village unlike one in ValTho feels much warmer and cosy, great mountain design of chalet. Food is amazing (we mostly ate in a buffet) with a great service from the attentive and smiling staff. I recall Edem as someone who gave us all a great experience dining in the make n restaurants.
The GO / reception team is full of young, energetic and smiling individuals who not only did they job but went an extra mile to provide us with a good feeling solving problems that required sometime more than a short answer. So great job. It was also great to see the ski room team together with GO blending amongst the guests on various cocktail/reception events (with and w/o alcohol!).
Sauna , steam room and jacuzzi were a great addition to help relax after ski.
On the ski lessons, while the instructors are great and friendly, it would be good to make them more attentive to help guests improve and not just follow them, in some cases it would make sense to consider smaller groups.in ValTho the ski school felt more of a value for money.
Overall a great venue with something for everyone with good size rooms and comfortable beds.
See on TripAdvisorI must have been over 15 times in club med vacations, mostly ski.
This was by far the best ski vacation we ever had, and certainly the best club med I ever stayed at.
I went with my two kids, 16 and 10 year old.
The club is very welcoming, the facility well maintained and small enough to provide a cozy feeling. The staff is constantly smiling and service driven. Every request / question is greeted with a smile. We asked for minibar refills, towels and bathrobes for the room and were got immediate response. The kids had spa treatments and really enjoyed. I did Yoga with Juliette, which was excellent. The shop staff were helpful. The reception staff (especially Neomi) were very helpful.
The two highlights are the restaurants and the ski school:
At the restaurants, food is excellent, especially Les Millésimes where we enjoyed late lunch returning from ski at 3PM and an excellent dinner with a fantastic waitress.
The ski school is absolutely incredible - classes are at a good size, and the our ski instructors: Elsa (kids reg group), Laurent, Malo and especially Gaspar were highly professional and turned a good vacation into an unforgettable one. Kudus to Richard the director of the ski school.
We will return!!
For sure:)
