Excellent
We had a great stay in Dec 2024. The facilities, accommodation, service, food and skiing were excellent

Great with caveats
OVERALL/TL;DR
- brand new hotel, fantastically organized for skiing and snowboarding
- not cheap, good value for money (given the cost of skiing)
- great food and drinks as you'd expect from Club Med
- VERY family focused. Unless you like being around other people's children....a lot....I can't imagine ever coming here unless you have young kids of your own. They are everywhere. All the time. That said, I do not appreciate the rude review made by another reviewer that Brazilians are uniquely to blame for this. While there was a massive Brazilian contingent there, their kids are just acting how kids act. From what I saw, they were otherwise polite, and the adults were friendly if you bothered to speak with them (I doubt they reviewer tried). I will say, however, that it did make it more difficult for my daughter to make friends given it seemed that everyone knew each other already.
- overall would highly recommend for those looking for an all inclusive ski vacation.
DETAILS
The Good
- rooms are small but highly functional; great soundproofing
- ski lockers are given to everyone - such a benefit for being able to quickly hit the slopes
- hotel is beautiful and everything works as expected
- excellent food, and the bar menu is extensive
- heated indoor parking with complimentary EV parking
- Le Massif is an awesome ski hill which was never very busy on the slopes or waiting for lifts - while not exclusive to Club Med, it almost feels that way
- management happily accommodated requests
Opportunities
This may seem like nitpicking, but a few things worth mentioning:
- why build a brand new hotel and not have exhaust fans in the bathrooms or shower area? Boggles the mind
- consider adding a humidifier to the HVAC systems - VERY dry air and everyone had issues with coughing, including performers
- the hot tub is about the size of something you'd find in someone's backyard, not suitable for a hotel that can accommodate 500+ guests
- while everyone was nice enough, I did not get the same "vibe" from the GO team as you get in other resorts (e.g. that nice welcome in the lobby, wanting to join you for meals, etc.)

Wonderful stay!
We stayed for 6 nights from December 29-January 4 with our family of 8. 4 adults and 4 children. The kids loved the mini club and the ski lessons. My 12 year old son learned to ski in just a few days and was doing wonderfully skiing the whole mountain on the last day. The food was excellent. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were clean and quiet. The staff was very friendly. We had a wonderful stay and will be back!
