Club med is the best experience. Las arc facility as really high end. Staff is extremely nice and helpful.
Food is really diverse and there’s everything for everyone. The location is fantastic for ski in and out. The shows are entertaining and there’s always something to do.

We had the pleasure of staying at Les Arcs Panorama from December 22 to 29, 2024, and it was nothing short of magical! From start to finish, almost every aspect of our stay exceeded our expectations.

A heartfelt thank-you to the incredible Kids Club monitors, who made this trip unforgettable for our daughters (ages 6 and 8). They loved every moment, from the creative activities to the fun games, and it was clear the team genuinely cared about creating a joyful experience for the children.

We were also deeply impressed by the Exclusive Collection team, including the housekeeping staff, whose impeccable service and attention to detail elevated our stay to a new level of comfort and luxury.

The childcare service is absolutely fantastic—special thanks to Hugo and Giulia, who went above and beyond to take such great care of our child. Their kindness, energy, and attentiveness made us feel completely at ease, and our little one had an amazing time!

The ambiance is warm and welcoming, with an incredible mix of hospitality, entertainment, and activities for all ages. The GOs and personnel are super friendly and always ready to assist with a smile, making every moment feel special.

The Chef de Village is incredibly sympathetic and involved in every activity, creating a cohesive and joyful atmosphere throughout the resort.

The rooms and all facilities are spotless, reflecting the resort’s dedication to hygiene and neatness. Add to that the breathtaking slopes and stunning mountain views, and you have the perfect recipe for a memorable ski holiday.
