It’s our family’s first time in both Bintan and Club Med and we’re so delighted choosing Club Med because it definitely raised the bar! Especially that it was more of a spontaneous trip. We were amazed with the hospitality style and management, very personal and curated, attentive staff all throughout from the moment we boarded the bus, till we checked in and was welcomed by Rita (lovely lady!). I must say all the staff we met, bumped into were very warm and welcoming - from the kitchen, bar & restaurant, housekeeping, security, all the GO’s, and particularly to Nico who took his time in meeting and sharing a meal with us - brilliant detail by the resort really!

Lastly, the highlight of it all was how our daughter really enjoyed herself at the Mini Club! Best kids club we’ve been by far - kids don’t stop at only playing but the activities are TOP and meaningful - hello Mini Club Show! BRAVO to each & everyone in this amazing team led by Ms Rere 🫶🏼 this trip was one for the books!!!

두번째 방문인데 Very good ^^. All staffs are very kind. 너무 좋았어요. 세계 음식이 다 있는데 한국 음식이 약간 부족한 느낌?? ㅎㅎ 그래도 라면이 있어서 좋았습니다.

We always have a great time at Clubmed Bintan. The GOs and GEs are always friendly and welcoming and in terms of activities there is something for everyone. We were there to celebrate mile stone birthdays and the GO team helped to make it special for the birthday boys. In particular, I would like to thank Fenny, Sentha, Moshe, Santo, Udin, Ravi, Carlos and the restaurant team, Tohid, Fahmie and the rest of the bar team, including the Panorama bar team, Yulia, Berta, Arvi, Mimi and the few other GOs who take great care of us when we are there. We will definitely be back soon!
