Though we stay during the French school vacations, there was no other kids to get along with my grand children (14 and 12) at that time. They still enjoyed their holidays.

A Wonderful Dining Experience at Club Med Bintan!

The dining experience at Club Med Bintan was truly enjoyable! A big shout-out to the restaurant team for their excellent service and proactive approach especially Mr Benz and team including Arun, Aryanta. They were always attentive, friendly and quick to respond to guests' needs, replenishing beverages and clean plates everytime, making every meal a pleasant experience.

We were impressed by the wide variety of food available, with an excellent selection catering to different nationalities and diverse tastes. From local delights to international favourites, there was always something delicious to look forward to. The food was tasty, fresh and well presented.kudos to Chef Asim.

Beyond the food, the restaurant offered a warm, welcoming and family-friendly atmosphere. The ambience was relaxed yet comfortable, making it a lovely place to enjoy meals with family and friends. It was also reassuring to experience a clean and safe dining environment.

Kudos to the entire F&B team for going the extra mile! Your professionalism, enthusiasm and genuine hospitality certainly made our stay at Club Med Bintan even more memorable. Keep up the fantastic work!

His dedication, attention to detail and commitment to ensuring guests have an enjoyable dining experience truly stood out. It was refreshing to see someone who genuinely cared about the quality of service provided rather than simply going through the motions.

A big shout-out to the bar team as well for their excellent service, friendly attitude and wonderful hospitality throughout our stay!

I would also like to extend my heartfelt appreciation to the entire Petit Club team for taking such wonderful care of my boys throughout our stay!

As parents, our children’s safety and well-being are always our top priorities. What impressed us most was how attentive, patient and caring the team was towards the children. They made sure that the kids were safe, comfortable and well looked after while keeping them engaged with fun and enjoyable activities.

My boys genuinely enjoyed their time at Petit Club and always looked forward to returning each day. Seeing them so happy and comfortable with the team gave us great peace of mind and allowed us to enjoy our holiday knowing that they were in good hands.

A special shout-out to Valentino, who consistently went the extra mile to take care of my boys!

His patience, kindness and genuine care really stood out. He took the time to engage with them, ensure they were comfortable and make every interaction enjoyable. My boys really enjoyed his company, and it was heartwarming to see the connection he built with them.

Last but certainly not least, I would like to extend my heartfelt compliments to Shaz, who made our first experience at Club Med Bintan truly special!

From the moment we arrived at the resort, Shaz was one of the first staff members to welcome us. As this was our first time visiting Club Med Bintan, she took the time to patiently explain the resort’s facilities, activities and what we could expect during our stay.

Her warm and friendly approach immediately made us feel welcomed and comfortable.

What impressed me most was that her hospitality did not stop after our initial welcome.

Throughout our stay, whenever we crossed paths with Shaz at different parts of the resort, she would always make the effort to approach us, have a conversation and check on how our holiday was going.

She genuinely wanted to know whether we were enjoying ourselves and if there was anything she could do to make our experience even better.

Despite meeting so many guests every day, Shaz made us feel that we were more than just another family visiting the resort. Her attentiveness and personalised approach truly left a lasting impression on us.

What made our experience even more special was how wonderful she was with our children!

My kids absolutely enjoyed her company, and she would always take the time to interact and play with them whenever we met. Seeing how naturally she connected with our children and brought smiles to their faces was truly heartwarming.

As parents, these little gestures mean a lot to us. It is not just about the facilities or activities that make a family holiday enjoyable, but also the people who go the extra mile to create meaningful experiences and lasting memories.

Shaz is truly an excellent example of what great hospitality should be. Her warmth, attentiveness and genuine passion for making guests feel welcomed have certainly left a lasting impression on our family.

What made our first Club Med Bintan experience truly special was not just the facilities, food or activities, but the people who made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for throughout our stay.

From Benz and his restaurant team, to Valentino and the Petit Club team, and Shaz, every interaction reflected a high level of professionalism, warmth and genuine hospitality.

It is the little gestures, personal attention and willingness to go the extra mile that transform a good holiday into an unforgettable one.

The place was amazing, made awesome friends, and made crazy memories!!! Special shout out to Farhan, Okta, Vito, and Rey for making our trip extraordinary!
Farhan engaged us in sports really well, and hyped us up for parties~ he is fun to be around and have meals with! Had lots of fun attending his sports classes and sparring with him!
Met Okta at the Barista class which made me fall in love with drinking coffee (I typically hate drinking coffee, by the way), and he makes the BEST cocktails!! Will always grab a coffee in the day and a glass of custom cocktail if Okta is around!
We met Vito through mini club activities which we participated in actively. The arts & craft classes, creative classes, and Halloween-themed events were our favourite leisure activities that kept us entertained throughout our trip! Vito made the sessions fun and we enjoyed ourselves loads!
Rey brought us through water sports, and watched out for our safety, while maximising our fun! We had an amazing time riding waves with him and heading out to snorkel! A pity we did not manage to have meals with him and get to know him better!

The nightly activities, shows, and entertainment was a highlight as well! We were so entertained and mesmerised by the choreography and visuals!!

I am having so much withdrawal from the trip while writing this review… the trip was definitely one of the highlights of my life, and these people made my first ever Club Med experience unforgettable!! It was Halloween when we were there, and the party never ends!!! There are various activities catered for all ages and this is the perfect resort for your next getaway - regardless of whether you are young, younger, or not-that-young!
