The staff there are very nice and friendly. The activities there are super fun and engaging. The teens club and mini club is also very good for the kids.

My wife and I were looking for some time away to celebrate our anniversary and the resort and especially the team exceeded our expectations. We felt like kids at camp trying out all the activities, enjoying the atmosphere, and meeting some great GO's who felt more like friends by the end of the trip. The resort went above and beyond to make sure it was a great atmosphere and put on a great show all week with interesting meals, great entertainment, and a constantly changing environment that made every day feel different and special. It was definitely the trip we needed and I can't wait to plan my next trip. We may even bring our kids next time :)

This is our 2nd trip to Club Med Bintan, but the 1st as a family! The Waterfall Restaurant has a varied menu that rarely repeated itself and there was always something new and delicious to enjoy every day. We never ran out of options to love, and a special shout-out to the Gelato counter — every scoop was a treat that kept the kid's tastebuds happy every single moment.

Failed to drop the kids off at the Mini Club, but magical moments happened anyway! The kids met new friends and participated in the mini talent show. The papa and mama got to relax at the Club Med Spa by Sothys. Spa by Sothys is the perfect spot for both relaxation high-quality spa experience, a must-visit — and yes, it’s totally Insta-worthy!

We were so lucky to enjoy a special themed dinner in a beautiful garden, with magical vibes and live music to set the mood. Best of all, the garden dinner is included in the all-inclusive package, followed by a lively limbo beach party to end the night. Moments to remember!

Service from the GOs were impeccable, and the vibes were absolutely off the charts! Grateful to all the all the amazing GOs — Hayley, Vera, Zan, Kimi, Dimas, Angel, Danial, Garfield, and Brian for making our stay truly unforgettable.

And a special shout-out to Sentha, Syasya, Valencia, Yulia, Ananda, and Rere for the extra warmth and personal touches that brought so much warmth and joy to our stay.

Despite the overall great stay, since we had booked a stay with children, it would have been helpful if toiletries and stepping stools were prepared in advance. Additionally, it would enhance comfort if the splash pool's water were heated.

Overall, there is a good variety of indoor and outdoor activities for all ages. Definitely something for everyone to enjoy.

The room was dated however the view from our room was excellent, but as with any stay at a Hotel, it is the staff that make the difference. We had the pleasure of meeting the manager Sentha, who was more than helpful during our stay, always had a big smile, making sure you felt at home
