I would like to thank all the staff there for being so friendly and warm.

I would like to especially thank Athena, Lina, Vicky, Berta, Sandy, Macy for spending time and eating with us.

I would also like to give praise to family club Bintan, Dimas, Rere, Syasya, Yulia, Hayley, Kimi, Valencia, Ananda, Angel, Zan, Garfield, Danial, Vera for their dedicated love and effort to the children, as well as the sport teams who help out in all the sports station.

My daughter truly enjoys herself and wishes to go back to Bintan club med again.

It was such a great place with amazing hospitality. Me and my family enjoyed true relax and holiday feeling at Club Med Bintan. Especially, my 4 year old daughter fell in love with the place. ;) Thank you Ms. Sentha (Hotel Manager), Mimi at the front desk also Syasya ( Kids Club Manager)and everybody. Great food, activities and especially staff. Professional and warm hearted staff. Thank you Club Med Bintan and we will come visit soon again!!

We just came back from a 5D4N stay at #ClubMedBintan, and I can confidently say — it was one of the most restful, well-organised, and value-packed holidays we've ever had. We’re already planning to go again!

🎉 Kids, Activities, and Performances

Our child had an amazing time at the Mini Club (Kids Club)— not only were there full-day programmes with sports and games, but they also prepared a performance with full costumes and makeup provided! It was such a joy watching her overcome her fear and perform confidently. (deeply appreciative of Sentha who believed in her all the way and being so warm and welcoming!) All of it was handled by the in-house staff, who were warm, patient, and talented. (Love the amazzzzinnggg GOs Rere, Syasya, Yulia, Hayley, Kimi, Valencia, Ananda, Angel, Zan, Garfield, Danial, Dimas, Vera)

Every night, there was a different performance by the staff, followed by a lively, clean dance party — think Zumba vibes with disco lights. One evening, they even organised a *garden dinner under the stars with live music. Magical! The staff are really multi-talented and really gave their 200%!!

🍽 Food & Drink

Food-wise, you get "resort quality" — think chirashi bowls, steak, and an impressive buffet selection (GO Shae was always present to make sure we were taken care of, and the wait staff were attentive and accommodative too). Listed drinks (yes, alcohol too!) are all free flow and included in the price.

🏖 Total Convenience

By Day 2, we stopped carrying anything — no need to worry about water, snacks, or entertainment for our kid. The resort took care of all that, which gave us much-needed *couple time. We tried archery (thanks to GO Ali), golf, snorkeling, kayaking, and more — all included. (special mention to GO Matthew and Rey at Water sports!) There’s even a mahjong corner, though for elderly who prefer low-activity holidays, options are limited when we were there, and the terrain is a bit hilly (with stairs, although lifts are available). The activities change everyday, so even though you are in a resort, there's no way to feel bored.

🛏 Rooms & Comfort

The rooms are spacious and currently being renovated. While not ultra-modern and requires maintenance, they’re clean and comfortable for showering and sleeping — you’ll hardly spend time there anyway. They are also renovating the rooms and different parts of the resort.

💰 Pricing & Value

Everything — lodging, meals, drinks, transfers, and most activities — was included. Children under 4 stay free, and 4yo to teens enjoy discounts.

We had a 4-day-3-night stay. The check in and checkout processes were fuss-free and smooth. Ferry ride was included both ways. This is ideal for families who prefer not to have anything planned especially meals and activities. Staff were friendly, approachable and helpful in general, with some with double roles (day job as a baby sitter and night job as an entertainer for the kids show). Rooms were a little old and balconies can’t really be used due to monkeys. Sunset is awesome.
