Great second experience in a Clubmed. The location is very convenient being close to the ferry terminal (about 20 min drive) from Singapore, which also is next to the airport.

The staff is extremely nice and hard working with tons of languages available and also really good with the kids.

After two days only, our daughters 2.5 and 5 yrs old were already looking out to find their teachers during dinner, evening shows and breakfast before running to petit and mini club.

The team of the mini and petit club is really highly recommended. So thanks to Sheeba, Omen, Moe, Eva, Cinthia and Bree. (Sorry if I got a name wrong)

Also Kaya’s bootcamp was exhausting and great to keep fit with all the good food.

And Valerie from the bar was always super sweet to the kids ordering on their own.

The resort itself could need some upgrade on facilities which I understand will be done over winter.

One aspect that was less acceptable was the lax treatment of the provider for water safety equipment for the kids on the mangrove tour. Only after reminding them that we will not participate in the mangrove or firefly tour without the appropriate size of safety wests, they organized kids sizes.
Given the kids cannot swim and the firefly tour was in the dark, this was not acceptable behaviour.
They are not directly Clubmed, but there should be a provider safety assessment done.

An Exceptional Holiday for Family & Friends!
Club Med Bintan Island certainly delivered an exceptional holiday for our group of 20 adults and children. From start to finish, this incredible resort exceeded our expectations and created a week of memories that we will cherish for years to come.
We were super impressed by the beautifully renovated, upscale rooms, our own pristine turquoise beach, the incredible array of sports and activities, and the dedication and passion of the GO team. And, of course, the sumptuous buffet! The variety, quality and Michelin-inspired menus had our taste buds wanting more every single day.

Mimi & Noor from Meetings & Events – Thank you for ensuring every detail was taken care of and that our entire group was looked after so beautifully. Your professionalism and attention to detail made all the difference.
Ryan from the Tennis team – A huge thank you for going above and beyond to find an ice pack for my son after he slipped on the courts. It was such a thoughtful gesture and a wonderful example of the genuine care shown by the team.
Panda at the bar – Your infectious smile, warmth and incredible service made every interaction a pleasure.
Rajeev & Yudha from the kitchen team – Your outstanding customer service throughout the week deserves special recognition. You are both a true asset to the resort!
The Restaurant team – Thank you for greeting us every day with your sincere smiles and making us feel so special at every meal. Your genuine warmth, attentiveness and hospitality exceeded our expectations and made each dining experience even more memorable.
Cayleigh & the Watersports team – Thank you for your energy, enthusiasm and motivation, and for always making sure our group was well looked after.
The Welcome & Services team – Professional, kind and attentive, you helped ensure everything ran smoothly throughout our stay.
Batu – Your infectious energy and constant presence helped keep our group entertained and enjoying every moment.
And last, but certainly not least, Jose Luis, Chief of Village. To lead a resort of this calibre, you need someone truly exceptional, and Jose Luis absolutely delivers. His passion, sincerity and professionalism are evident in everything he does. You can genuinely sense the respect he has earned from both his team and his guests. He is an outstanding leader who understands that the magic of Club Med comes from its people and the experiences they create.
This was our third Club Med in just one year, and we can confidently say that Bintan was simply THE BEST!
To the entire team, thank you for making our family and friends feel so welcome and for delivering an experience that went above and beyond our expectations.
We came as a group of family and friends, but we leave with incredible memories, countless smiles and a genuine appreciation for the wonderful people who made our holiday so special.

This was my first aerial yoga class ever at Club Med Bintan. I was a little nervous before the session, but the instructor Juli was incredibly patient and friendly. She guided me through every movement gently. Floating in the hammock felt so peaceful and freeing. The whole experience was deeply relaxing. I didn’t expect to enjoy it this much. It’s such a precious memory from this island trip, and I’ve learned a lot from this wonderful lesson.
