We had such a wonderful experience with the Mini Club during our stay at Club Med Phuket! Both of our kids went to the Mini Club every day, and they absolutely loved it.

A huge thank you to all the amazing GOs who took such great care of them. Everyone was so friendly, caring, playful and full of energy. The kids had so much fun with all the activities and came back happy every single day. It was lovely to see how the GOs genuinely connected with the children and made their time there so enjoyable.

In February 2025, my wife and daughter shared an extraordinary experience during a visit to Club Med Phuket — just the two of them. This time, I had the privilege of joining them on that same cherished journey. Out of respect for my wife's and daughter's wish for more time than the six nights they once had, we extended this visit to seven nights and eight days. And it was only then, living it for myself, that I came to understand — deeply and completely — why they had longed so much to return.

A month has now passed since we reluctantly returned to our everyday lives, and still, there are moments when our hearts ache to be back there, as though we could simply drop everything and go. For the beautiful, lifelong memories you have given our family, we want to take this opportunity to express our most sincere and heartfelt gratitude.

We would like, in particular, to speak of the people who made this journey what it was — because it is always the people, not merely the place, who turn a vacation into a memory that lasts a lifetime.

To Chef de Village Patrizio: your warmth set the tone for our entire stay, and we felt, from the very first day, that we were not simply guests but part of a family.
To Family Manager Manow: your quiet attentiveness to the small details of our daily life there did not go unnoticed — thank you for making every day feel effortless. We are especially grateful for the warmth with which you looked after our daughter Alexandra at the Mini Club, and for the elephant keychain you gave her on the day we left — a gesture of such thoughtful care that it touched us more deeply than you may know, and one Alexandra still speaks of with a smile.
To Restaurant Manager Azizul: we remember, in particular, the evening of the pool party, when you took such thoughtful care to arrange a wonderful spot for our family to enjoy the evening together. That genuine attentiveness gave us one of the most meaningful moments of our entire stay, and we are truly grateful for the care you took to make it happen.
We would also like to extend our sincere thanks to Korean Chef Grey, whose care we felt in every dish — the comfort of familiar flavors, thoughtfully prepared, meant more to our family than words can fully convey.
To Korean PR Winnie: we are deeply grateful for the care you showed us in every corner of our stay, thinking of our comfort at every turn so that our family could feel truly at ease throughout our time there. What moved us most, however, was the afternoon we shared a meal together and you spoke to us so openly about your own life's journey — that honest, heartfelt conversation left a lasting impression on all of us. Please know that our family will be cheering you on, wholeheartedly, always and wherever you may be.
To Mini Club G.O.s Celina and Tina: the genuine love and warmth you poured into caring for our daughter each day did not go unnoticed — it was clear to us that hers was not just another day at the Mini Club, but a day spent feeling truly cherished. That gift of authentic care allowed us, as parents, to rest easy and cherish our own time together, and for that, we are profoundly grateful.
And to Manager Jina, who greeted us with a smile without fail every single day: that simple, unwavering warmth quietly became one of the most comforting parts of our stay, and we thank you for it.
And to Archery G.O. Jul, we owe our deepest and most special word of thanks. Whether at the archery range or anywhere across the Village, every encounter with you carried the same sincere warmth — a welcome that never once felt routine, but always genuine, as though we were old friends each time we crossed paths. The patience, encouragement, and heartfelt care you showed our daughter at the archery range left an impression on her — and on us — that we will carry for years to come. It is rare to witness such quiet, unwavering devotion to a child's confidence and joy, and rarer still to find that same warmth extended so consistently, in every corner of the Village, to a family simply passing by. Please know how profoundly that kindness touched our hearts.

To every one of you: it was your sincerity, far more than any amenity, that made our time at Club Med Phuket unforgettable. We miss you more than words can express, and we already look forward to the day we can return.

We recently stayed at Club Med Phuket and, while we enjoyed our stay, we felt the overall energy was quite different from Club Med Bali. The GOs in Bali really stood out - warm, enthusiastic and genuinely engaging, almost like a great cruise-ship crew. Unfortunately, the Phuket GOs felt less energetic. We often saw them chatting among themselves or on their phones.

The main pool also lacked the usual Club Med buzz, except during aqua gym. Some guests felt the music could have been louder to create a more vibrant atmosphere.

For families, it would also be great to have more engaging indoor activities for kids, especially for those who aren't outdoor-oriented, as many current activities focus on trapeze and trampoline.

On the positive side, the Phuket rooms are newer and much nicer, which was a definite plus.

Still, we enjoyed the experience and look forward to trying more Club Med resorts soon.

Great food, facilities, staff were great especially Winnie, highly recommend was just fabulous will be back again next year
