First time at Club Med Tomamu and it was an interesting experience. Also thanks to our snowboard instructor, Neus who took us for in the afternoon although we did not know we were needed to come for the morning session as well. She was patient and very positive throughout and our group truely enjoyed her coaching!

We have had a fantastic start to our stay at Club Med Tomamu! The facilities are excellent, the food is exceptional, and the staff are incredibly polite and welcoming. The skiing experience today was the highlight - special thanks to our instructor, Jake, who was amazing with our entire family. He trained both adults and our two children (ages 9 and 12) with great patience and skill, making sure everyone felt confident and had fun on the slopes. We look forward to returning and highly recommend this resort to families looking for a perfect winter getaway!

This was my very first Club Med experience, and it was truly phenomenal. It wasn’t just about the stay, the rooms, or the activities—it was the people, especially the incredible GO team, who made this trip unforgettable.

Starting with the basics:
The room was comfortable and well-maintained, facilities were great, and the overall environment was very pleasant. Food-wise, everything was fresh and nicely prepared. For someone with a heavier taste preference like me, it might not always hit the spot—but the pizzas deserve a special mention. Absolutely amazing.

Now, onto the activities—snowboarding.
I signed up for snowboarding classes for three consecutive days, and as a complete beginner, I couldn’t have asked for better instructors. Huge thanks to Sayo, Cai, and Rick for being incredibly patient, supportive, and fun. Their positive energy and encouragement made the lessons enjoyable and stress-free for beginners like us.

On my third day, I was promoted to SB1, and that’s thanks to my coach Chris. Calm, chill, and steady—he teaches like a father guiding you step by step, focusing on fundamentals and confidence. This was my first-ever snowboarding experience, and I loved it so much that it definitely won’t be my last.

Last but absolutely not least—the people.
Special shoutout to Grace, Arri, Aun, Rosie, Wadee, and Wayne (our amazing bar guy). You guys truly made this trip special. If you’re looking for a fun, welcoming group to hang out with at Club Med, go straight to them. They’re professional, warm, and most importantly, they know how to have fun. From dancing to drunken snow fights with bare hands, the memories we made are unforgettable.

We even experienced an earthquake on the night of 9 December, which was a first for me. The emergency notification came after the shaking, and we weren't really prepared. We were in the bar when the floor, glasses, and hanging lamps started shaking intensely. Despite the shock, the GO team handled the situation impressively—keeping everyone calm, ensuring safety, and guiding us clearly on what to do if another tremor occurred.

Overall, this was a wonderful and heartwarming experience—great weather, amazing people, and memories I’ll treasure for a long time. Thank you, Club Med Tomamu, for such an unforgettable first experience.

I went there with my middle son. Everything was so perfect . Room , food , Onsen and my Thai ski instructor ( kru Tan ). I will definitely come back with whole family .

This was my first time snow skiing and I joined a ski class. Coach Tommy was extremely patient and guided me step by step on the proper skiing techniques. I’ll definitely return to Club Med Tomamu!
