All your booking details are available under ‘Details of my stay’, including the summary of your stay, information about your arrival, your room and services and activities on site.
Find out key information about the resort by selecting ‘Link to Factsheet’, which includes details such as sports & activities, childcare services, and facilities. You will also find information about the G.O® team who will welcome you, if you click on ‘See All the G.O Team’.
You can access and pay the balance of your stay online. In your customer account, you can:

Make your stay even easier with our on-demand services. Add transfers to and from the airport or reserve your ski equipment.
Make your journey to and from the airport seamless. Our drivers will take you directly to the resort from the airport as well as to the airport after check-out. Transfer times are tailored to your flights with both private and shared transfers available.
If you are travelling with children under the age of 4, make sure to secure a spot for them in the famous Petit Club or Baby Club. click on ‘Add Childcare’ in the ‘Book Services’ section and follow the steps to add a childcare service on demand.
If your children are between 4 and 17 years old, you do not need to pre-register them for the kids clubs. Everything is already included and will be arranged directly on arrival at the resort.
You can reserve ski and board equipment ahead of check-in, plus by providing us with your measurements and sizes, our G.Os can prepare everything ahead of arrival. No need to queue at the ski rental shop, just head straight to your locker and then off to the slopes. Find out more about our Facilitate your arrival.

Please note not all on-demand activities can be booked in advance as some are subject to availability and can only be booked at the resort.

Excursions that are available to pre-book are under ‘Book activities’ or visit the Discovery Centre once at the resort to explore the full list of excursions and tours available.
More than 60 activities are already included in your all-inclusive package. But if you want to take your holiday to the next level, you can add on-demand activities such as private ski and snowboard lessons or a wakeboarding session. Can I redeem my Future Travel Credit online?
Yes, you can redeem your future travel credit online.
Simply log in to your account and follow the normal steps to book a holiday on our website. A prompt will appear to redeem your Future Travel Credit when entering traveller details. This prompt will only appear if you are logged in to your Club Med account.
Can I see my booking and future travel credit on My Account if I've book through a travel agent?
If your original booking was made through a travel agent, then you will not be able to see your credit online. To redeem your credit, you must go through your agent.
How do I change the dates of my trip?
You will need to speak to one of our travel advisors at the Call Centre on 1800 258 263 to change your dates.
Can I add on-demand services to my booking?
You can pre-book on-demand services online via your customer account. Simply log in to your account and scroll to the end of the home page to ‘My Services & Activities Onsite and Spa’. Follow the prompts and a list of experiences will appear that are available to book online.
Please note not all experiences are available to pre-book and will need to be arranged at the resort once you have checked in. Our G.Os at the Welcome Desk will be able to assist with your booking upon your arrival.
How do I add an additional guest to my booking?
You will need to speak to one of our Travel Advisors at the Call Centre on 1800 258 263 to add an additional guest.
How do I check my booking details?
Once you have logged in to your account, scroll down to ‘Manage my account’ and select ‘My stays’. There you will find your booking details including flight reference numbers.
How do I change the details of the guests?
You will need to speak to one of our Travel Advisors at the Call Centre on 1800 258 263 to change the details of your guests.
Can I cancel my booking?
To cancel your booking, you will need to speak to one of our Travel Advisors at the Call Centre on 1800 258 263.
Can I arrange the ‘Facilitate your arrival’ service?
Yes, you can. The Facilitate your arrival service allows you to pre-book selected activities and items so everything will be ready ahead of your arrival. This includes childcare, ski lessons, ski equipment, and an easy check-in and check-out system.
Head to the ‘Facilitate your arrival’ section on Your Account page and fill out the details.
