Phuket Thailand

The rooms were the best because after a hot day, you would’ve come home to a nice aircon room and the beds were all made. After my family had a bad night being sick, the cleaners did the best job and mopped all the floors, changed the sheets and even gave us more buckets. Thank you so much. The GOs were also the best, especially the teen club leader, Cara. She made everyone feel included and brought the energy. I had a great time overall and they was nothing bad about this trip (except being sick lol).

Hubby and 2 teenage sons (15 & 13) and I were in search of an all ages friendly place to holiday in Thailand with my parent in-laws in their 70’s (they were traveling from UK). We had our first Club Med experience 5 years ago at Sahoro, Japan for an incredible all-inclusive skiing holiday. We met Aoy, one of the staff G.O’s, there that helped make our stay all the more amazing and she recommended Club Med Phuket that she works at in the summer sometimes. The seed was planted and 5 years later we excitedly locked in our Club Med Phuket 10-day family holiday. We were not disappointed- ALL of our expectations were well exceeded since it was an entirely unique experience again for us and I know my in-laws had the time of their lives, unlike any other holiday they’ve experienced! The most special thing about Club Med Phuket is that you truly feel like your family is being welcomed and looked after by a village community - not just staff that work at a resort. I quickly got the sense that the staff were like family to each other and thoroughly enjoyed working there. My teenage boys had their own room that was quite a fair distance away from our room, which would have concerned me had we stayed anywhere else but here hubby and I felt 100% confident that our boys would be safe to come and go around the resort. By the end of our stay most of the staff knew our boys and our boys felt like they were "home" there. My parents in law, in their 70's and using walking sticks, needed a certain amount of accessibility. They were incredibly well looked after and very comfortable in their newly renovated Superior room. My in-laws could also very comfortably participate in the Golf, Archery and even Basketball with all of us as a family - this was so precious for them to be able to create memories with their grandsons. Such priceless family bonding time! My mum in-law and I thoroughly enjoyed the daily Aqua Gym classes in the pool - I was so impressed that she had the energy and fitness for this! I think she even surprised herself! I must make extra special mention of the following GOs that went out of their way to take care of our family:

• Kara - the BEST teen club leader EVER! For the first time since becoming teenagers, our boys actually enjoyed the entire family holiday with us, never got bored and didn't want to go home! They barely even noticed their phones and didn't even use their beloved laptops they brought with them!

My family and I had the pleasure of heading to Club Med Phuket for my sisters 22nd and my father’s 60th birthdays. The food and the resort were outstanding, couldn’t be better. However it was the friendliness of the GO’s that elevated our experience to the max. Specifically Ayoub, Sid and Frank. These boys were very easy to talk to and very entertaining. Really felt like we made some new friends. Very grateful for the whole experience, thank you Club Med!

It was nice experience.
My two sons love the miniclub and join their activities.
Although cleanliness of towels could be improved, overall it was recommended to stay at clubmed.
